How long does an order take to make?
Made-to-order and personalized pieces typically take 10-15 business days to complete before shipping. Ready-to-ship items ship within 3 business days.

Do you offer rush orders?
Rush production is available on select items for an additional fee. Reach out through our Custom Embroidery Request page with your timeline and we'll let you know if it's possible.

Sizing

How do I know what size to order?
Each product page includes a sizing chart specific to that item, since fits vary slightly by style and supplier. When in doubt, sizing up is usually the safer choice for growing kiddos.

Shipping

Where do you ship?
We ship nationwide via UPS. Orders of $150+ ship free.

Can I track my order?
Yes — you'll receive tracking information by email once your order ships.

Care Instructions

How do I care for my embroidered piece?
We recommend washing embroidered items inside out on a gentle cycle and avoiding high heat when drying to protect stitch quality over time.

Do you offer bulk or business embroidery?
Yes — visit our Business Embroidery page to browse guides and request a quote. Bulk orders start at 8 pieces; smaller orders are welcome through our Small Business Bundles.
