Because each Honey Bunny Embroidery item is custom made to order, all personalized items are final sale and non-refundable.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@honeybunnyembroidery.com with photos of the issue so we can make it right.

Non-personalized items may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

We do not accept cancellations once production has begun.
